All of my items are designed and handmade with great care, so your happiness with your handmade choice is of utmost importance to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original condition. Contact me first to make arrangements for your return, including alerting me of any problems or defects in the item. A refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) by me. Alternatively, I will also be happy to exchange the item upon receipt of the original item. In the case of an exchange, once the returned item is received, a credit for the original purchase price will be delivered via email, in the form of a coupon code to be used within this store.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return within 14 days of delivery, unless you have contacted me and other arrangements have been made. For cases of defective items, or items malfunctioning during normal use/wear, which may occur beyond 14 days, please alert me of the problem so that I can arrange for repairs or a store credit.

Because this shop offers free shipping, the cost of return shipping is nonrefundable, except in the case of item defects, in which I will provide a return shipping label. Contact me to initiate a return. Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. In the event that an item is faulty, not damaged by misuse, I will provide a full refund of the purchase price and a return shipping label. Please allow 7 days from return receipt of item(s) for refunds to be processed.

Custom-ordered items are nonreturnable.
